Please contact the supplier you purchased the product from with your original order number. Elemental Seeds does NOT offer cultivation advice, nor can we address the particulars of your individual situation via email. We are generally available at our booth during industry events to answer questions that may be permitted.
- 1Can I purchase seeds from Elemental Seeds directly?
Elemental Seeds products can only be purchased through an authorized medical or retail reseller.
- 2What if the strain I want is not in stock?
Please note some strains are in high-demand and may be out of stock. This is especially always the case with the True OG strain. Unfortunately, we cannot place back-orders. Please make arrangements with your supplier to be notified when the strain you desire has been stocked if possible.
- 3Can I email you about germinating seeds?
Elemental Seeds does NOT offer support with germination methods or concerns. Please be advised, germination of cannabis seed is illegal in most countries. Any emails with questions regarding germination will not receive a reply. All concerns must be addressed at the authorized supplier the product was purchased from.
